Report Card The Commonwealth of Kentucky has released the schools’ performance results for the 2016-2017 school year.

The Commonwealth of Kentucky has released the schools’ performance results for the 2016-2017 school year. The Commonwealth’s system for reporting the testing results has changed and is still changing. This poses a challenge in our efforts to provide an overall and simplified method to communicate the progress to the community and parents. Each school and School Based Decision Making council (SBDM) will continue to analyze their individual results to build on strengths while addressing priority concerns. Each SBDM council continues to meet with the school board to provide updates and progress towards meeting their goals.

Big Rivers Electric Big Rivers Electric

Big Rivers Electric has entered into a partnership with Livingston County Schools to install a solar array on the campus of Livingston County Middle School.  This array will be located on the same parcel of land as the electronic sign and the installation will begin very soon.  This agreement will also provide our schools with the resources and ability to study, analyze, and predict the effects of solar energy. However, this agreement will not impact the cost of energy for our schools.
